SHEP'S OUTFITTERS REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unworn items in original condition to us within 30 days, at your own expense. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, but will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

We will check all returned items once received. Any items not in original, unworn condition with all labels attached will be rejected.

For your assurance, we check all items carefully prior to sending them to you. If we are not happy with an item, we will not send it.

Please inspect your ordered items for faults as soon as you receive them. If you feel you have found a fault, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.
